Yes, we monitor all flights in real-time and adjust your pickup time accordingly if your flight is delayed or arrives early. Our chauffeurs will be waiting for you when you land, regardless of any schedule changes. We include a complimentary waiting time of 30 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights.

For standard reservations, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service incur no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.
